Governing Body Guidance

Downsell Primary School Governing Body adheres to the statutory guidance issued by the Department for Education in relation to School Governance in addition to our own good practice documents.

There are several documents that identify the roles and responsibilies of school governors, these are supplimented by the competency framework for governance, our code of conduct and annual Schedule of Work.
