Downsell Primary School will be taking part in a special project ‘The Christmas Tree Project’
The Met's Christmas Tree Project sees trees placed outside police stations in all 32 London boroughs with tagged ribbons attached with the age and gender of children in care. The public are invited to choose a tag and buy a suitable present.
Competition details:
To advertise this campaign, children will design a poster to promote the project. In every borough, a winning poster will be chosen by the Commissioner. The winner and the next 4 runners up will be invited with their parents/guardians to turn on the New Scotland Yard Christmas Tree Lights on Thursday 23rd November 2021.
The deadline for the competition is Wednesday 6th October 2021.
