Safer Internet Day 2017 - Parent workshop

This year’s theme for Safer Internet Day was ‘Be the change: Unite for a better internet’ with a subtheme of ‘The
Power of Image’, focusing on the ways that young people use image and video to communicate. It is important
that parents are also engaged and informed to ensure their children can get the most out of the internet.
Childnet, as part of the UK Safer Internet Centre, created a parents presentation which was led by Miss Rahman and some of our digital leaders on Safer Internet Day.
